Select your competitor from the drop-down.

Find Out What Works
Notice the quantity of the agency's ads. They could be doing a split test if over 4 ads which differ slightly in image or text are begin run.
This means the agency are learning which audience, copy, or image has the most impact. Screenshot & check back in a couple of weeks: if some have been removed, that copy may not be working.
Check out the below picture as an example.
Gauge How Serious The Agency Are About Recruiting On Facebook
If the agency usually produce engaging ad copy & the Facebook ad is dull, one of 3 things is happening.
- The agency don't take Facebook ads seriously.
- The agency misunderstand Facebook ads.
- The agency have outsourced to an ad agency who don't get job ads.
Sorry, Manpower, we couldn't let the exclamation mark pass.
Hopefully this has been useful.
Don't be too expectant - most recruitment agencies still haven't figured Facebook ads out, or discovered the benefits of Messenger.
